Arm Contact Tracing
Want to help restaurants, bars, co-working spaces and even schools stay open? New 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 module is now available in the ARM dashboard for new and existing clients of our Interactive Captive Portal solution.
You can use our existing wifi hardware to capture registration, check-in and check-out events in a frictionless manner and with minimum disruption: no need for queuing (thus further encouraging social distancing) or sharing pens and logbooks between attendees. In the event you have a positive Covid-19 case traced back to your location, the system handles alerts delivered via email or SMS and all with #zeroknowledge privacy and fully compliant with local regulations.
If you have a favorite place and you know they are struggling with contact tracing compliance, make an introduction and our team will assist promptly – we are aiming for next day deployment in Europe for existing customers.
Capacity Monitoring
There is never a dull moment here in ARM Towers and today is no exception. Just like Dublin Bus, you wait all day and two come together ;). Following on from our Contact Tracing announcement we are happy to announce that our Capacity Monitoring solution is now available. The Capacity Monitoring solution allows you to set the maximum capacity for your location and create alert triggers once you start getting to a level you decide. The alerts can be via Email or SMS or both if you wish. All this is via your very own self-service dashboard. Contact Tracing announcement
We are happy to announce the latest member to the ARM product family, ARM – Contact Tracing.
Record and store customer records securely with our all-in-one patron check-in portal. This is an entirely contactless solution. The added benefit is that if you have multiple locations a customer only needs to sign in once as they will already have registered their device on the network (they will just need to scan at each location). The best part it seamlessly combines with our passive WIFI solution for you to have a full view of people’s behaviour in your location.
